पंढरपूर दि. (04):- महाराष्ट्र राज्य विधी सेवा प्राधिकरण मुबंई यांच्या निर्देशानुसार तालुका विधी सेवा समितीच्यावतीने राष्ट्रीय लोकअदालतीचे पंढरपूर येथे आयोजन करण्यात आले होते. या लोकअदालतीमध्ये 258 प्रकरणे तडजोडीने मिटविण्यात आली आहेत. या प्रकरणामध्ये एकूण 14 कोटी 14 लाख 22 हजार रुपयांची तडजोड झाली असल्याची माहिती तालुका विधी सेवा समितीचे अध्यक्ष तथा जिल्हा न्यायाधीश एम.बी. लंबे यांनी दिली.
जिल्हा न्यायालय पंढरपूर येथे शनिवार दिनांक 03 मार्च 2023 रोजी या लोकअदालतीचे आयोजन जिल्हा व सत्र न्यायाधीश सलमान आझमी यांच्या मार्गदर्शनाखाली करण्यात आले होते. या लोकअदालतीसाठी एकूण 4 पॅनलची व्यवस्था करण्यात आली होती. या पॅनलमध्ये जिल्हा न्यायाधीश एम.बी.लंबे, दिवाणी न्यायाधीश श्रीमती एस.एस.पाखले, दिवाणी न्यायाधीश ए.एस.सोनवरकर, न्यायाधीश श्रीमती एस.ए.साळुंखे यांनी काम पाहिले.
या अदालतीमध्ये दिवाणी, फौजदारी व मोटार अपघात, कौटुंबीक वादाची न्यायप्रविष्ट प्रकरणे तसेच बँका , वित्तीय संस्था, महावितरण यांची दाखल पुर्व प्रकरणे, आदी प्रकरणे ठेवण्यात आली होती.
यावेळी पंढरपूर अधिवक्ता संघाचे अध्यक्ष अर्जुन पाटील यांनी प्रास्ताविक केले. सुत्रसंचालन ॲड. राहुल बोडके यांनी केले तर आभार प्रदर्शन ॲड. शशिकांत घाडगे मानले. सदर लोकअदालतीस विधिज्ञ, बँक कर्मचारी, महावितरणचे अधिकारी, न्यायालयीन कर्मचारी तसेच पक्षकार उपस्थित होते.
लोकअदालतीत २३ वर्षापासून चालू असलेला जमिनाचा वाद संपुष्टात
न्यायाधीश एम. बी. लंबे यांनी केली यशस्वी तडजोड
सदर लोकअदालतीमध्ये मौजे भोसे ता. पंढरपूर येथील दावा आदेशार्थी मनाई आदेश, कायद्याचा मनाई आदेश व अतिक्रमीत जमिनीचा ताबा मिळणेबाबत दिनांक 07 जानेवारी 2001 रोजी दिवाणी न्यायालय वरिष्ठ स्तर पंढरपूर येथे दावा दाखल करण्यात आला होता. सदर दाव्याचा निकाल वादीच्या बाजूने लागल्याने प्रतिवादी यांनी जिल्हा व सत्र न्यायालय पंढरपूर येथे दिनांक 20 नोव्हेंबर 2007 रोजी दिवाणी अपील दाखल करण्यात आले होते.
सदरचे प्रकरण हे अपीलार्थी विधीज्ञ डी. एन. सरडे व उत्तरार्धी विधीज्ञ भगवान मुळे यांनी सदरचे प्रकरण दिनांक 3 मार्च 2024 रोजी आयोजित राष्ट्रीय लोकअदालतीमध्ये ठेवले. सदरचे प्रकरण न्यायाधीश एम. बी. लंबे यांच्या पॅनलसमोर ठेवण्यात आले. सदर पॅनल प्रमुख व पॅनल विधीज्ञ यांनी वादी व प्रतिवादींचे प्रलंबीत प्रकरणांबाबत तडजोड घडवुन आणली.
यावेळी ॲड. भगवान मुळे, ॲड. सरडे, पॅनल विधीज्ञ ॲड.आर. आर. जोशी, लघुलेखक व्ही. एच. मालखरे, वरिष्ठ लिपीका सौ. जे. पी. रणदिवे, कनिष्ठ लिपीक रियाज नदाफ, योगेश भांडेकर आदी उपस्थित होते.
